Q.C.U. serves, on a weekly basis, Highway 25, in Stevens County, WA., along Lake Roosevelt, from The Rice area to, and including, The West End of the Spokane Indian Reservation.
'On Call' services are through-out Stevens County.
Q.C.U. trash collection services was started in 2001 to clean up the 6-trailer Trailer Court in which I live. After trying to get trash services in our area, I decided to start the services myself, with the help of my '64 Chevy Pickup!!
During the hunting season, hunters were telling tales of trash in the woods, so 'on call' services were started. With the help of local land-owners, the wooded areas are slowly getting cleaned up.
Largely due to "The Huckleberry Press" of Fruitland and "Lora's Kitchen" of Hunters, word of local trash collection services spread through-out the area. In 2006, Q.C.U. became a legal utility company!! And we have graduated to a '72 Dodge Power Wagon, 4-wheel drive !! 
Through-out all this, my grandsons, Tray and Robert, 12 & 6, have been: 
helping load trash,
helping me remember ALL my customers,
unloading at the dump,
making sure we eat while we work,
and charming all the ladies!!
They are what makes it all fun and worth it'.
