The goal of Q.C.U. is to help keep our environment safe and clean by providing quality services, at affordable prices, to all our customers.
Q.C.U. is proud to be the first trash utility company in the Enterprise, Fruitland, Hunters, Cedonia, Daisy, Gifford and Rice areas. We also service the West End of the Spokane Indian Reservation.
Q.C.U. is a sole-proprietorship, owned and operated by Katherine A. Felsch of Hunters, WA., with the help of Anthony and Robert Abrahamson of West End.
Available Services
Q.C.U. provides “weekly” trash pick up services and “on-call” pick up services, in and around the listed service areas.
Q.C.U. contributes to recycling by picking up, sorted and bagged recyclables and depositing them in the appropriate containers in the downtown Hunters area or at the Stevens County landfill.
Twice a year, Q.C.U. picks up metal (stoves, refrigerators, etc.) to be taken to the dump, for a minimal fee.
Fees
Monthly fees are $25.00 month.
On-Call services are $100.00 per pickup load in service area; plus milage outside of service area.
A late fee of $5.00 is applied to all accounts not paid by the due date stated on billing statements.
Over-Limit charges are applied as follows: $5.00 per can/bag, over the two-can limit and $.50 per pound over the 30 pound limit.
Monthly Billing is done at the END of each service month.
Hours of Operation Office hours are:
Monday through Friday,
8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9 – 3.
Phone calls are gladly accepted on Mondays – Saturdays, from 8:00 a.m.
until 9:00 p.m.
All messages left, are typically answered within 24 hours.
